Robert Johnson is currently the Vice President of Sales for ASG - Software Solutions. He has more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and general management with expertise managing P&L and operations in small, medium, and large organizations with Pomeroy IT Solutions and UNISYS Corporation. Mr. Johnson received an Associate’s degree in Finance from Joliet Junior College and attended the Executive Development Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Steve Kaspirsin is a senior financial and operations executive with over 30 years of progressive experience in public, private and not-for-profit entities. Mr. Kasprisin is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Car Sound Exhaust System, Inc., a manufacturer of performance exhaust and catalytic converters for the automotive aftermarket industry. Previously, Mr. Kasprisin served as the Chief Financial Officer of Gateway International Holdings, Inc, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Naturade, Inc., Chief Financial Officer of Outsource Merchandise Corp. and Chief Financial Officer of Acorn Products, Inc. Mr. Kasprisin started his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, one of the four largest public accounting firms in the country and is a Certified Public Accountant having received his certification as a from the State of Ohio in 1978.

Jim Gray served as a judge for the Orange County Superior Court for 20 years before retiring in 2009. During this time, he received many awards for his service including “Judge of the Year” from the Orange County Bar Association and Orange County Constitutional Rights Foundation. Prior to that, Jim was appointed to the Santa Ana municipal court where he was active in trying to combat the major problem of drinking driver and other alcohol-related offenses. He was awarded a commendation from the Orange County Board of Supervisors for these efforts in 1990. Jim also worked as a Federal Prosecutor with the U.S. Attorney’s office and in private practice with Wyman, Bautzer, Rothman & Kuchel in Newport Beach. Jim obtained his undergraduate degree from UCLA and law degree from USC.
