Deposits:

  • A Non-refundable Deposit is required to secure your date = $2,400.00 to $2,100.00 (Peak or Off-Peak) for Ceremony & Reception or Reception Only;  $1,500.00 to 1,000.00 (Peak or Off-Peak) for Ceremony Only.

  • For Special Events like small birthdays, picnics, photoshoots, film shoots, etc., a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of total cost based on hourly rate. For more information and to find out if your event qualifies as special event pricing, email us weddings@heritagemuseumoc.org.

 

**This amount may constitute a tax-deductible donation to the Museum’s educational programs. Please consult your tax preparer for confirmation. It is applied to the Basic Rental Fees.

  • Security Deposit:  $500.00 for Ceremony & Reception or Reception Only;  $500.00 for Ceremony Only and Special Events. Refundable if property is left clean and undamaged.

  • Liability Insurance: A certificate of Liability Insurance and General Policy Endorsement with evidence of $1 million limits must be filed with the museum’s Events Coordinator at least 90 days prior to the event.

 

Additional Fees:

  • $500.00 per hour for additional reception/ceremony time (not to exceed standard closing time for the venue)

  • Additional fees apply for events with 300+ guests.

 

Other Information:

  • Catering and party rentals are not included in the prices above. Catering, including alcohol, is provided by Country Garden Caterers only;  party rentals are provided by Signature Party Rentals only.  See our Preferred Vendors page for more information.

  • For corporate events, including non-profit hosted events,  catering will be provided by Country Garden Caterers only; party rentals will be provided by Signature Party Rentals only. Additional vendor requirements may apply.

  • Venue closes at midnight on Friday and Saturday, 10:00 p.m. on other nights.

  • Venue allows live music or DJ until closing time.

  • Security will be provided for all Wedding Receptions at no extra expense.
